Greatest Day Of The Week

MondayMorning 21

Good morning guys! Happy Monday! It is that wonderful time of the week again that we all always look forward to more than Friday. It gives us a chance to implement the plan we have thought up in our minds in order to actually start living that successful life we continually dream and talk about.

Although the weekends are fantastic, and a great way to unwind from the chaos and insanity that we put up with during the week, it’s actually important to note that we truly only have one day to “unwind” and relax, and that’s Saturday. Sunday doesn’t count, because unless you’re preparing for the coming week, then you’re only planning to once again live through the monotony of your daily lives without making any changes that will impact you in any way, shape, or form.

Every weekend, we party and bull, drink and “turn up,” lay on the couch and drink some wine, or whatever it is that you do on your weekends. But realistically, if you’re living anything like me, where you have constant desires to be ambitious, to thrive, to succeed and progress, then it is best that we spend our Sundays preparing for the coming week ahead. The reason? To set ourselves up for the daily grind of what it is to come, in order to become who, and what we want to be. Try to do something different every week. I’d say every day, but unfortunately some of us may not have that liberty.

So I have been absent for some time, because life has gotten in the way but I have a few things I’d like to update you all on, so here will be a list of what’s to come:

  • My workouts for the past two weeks
  • Food, meal plan and macro tracking
  • Supplements
  • Importance of probiotics/prebiotics
  • Cardio
  • Water intake ideas

Now I know, a lot of these everyone is fully aware and knowledgeable about, but let’s be clear…sometimes we all need some quick refreshing.

With that said, happy Monday!
