So, my planned work session didn’t go as listed, but rather like this:
Reverse (green (from floor up)) banded squats: 225×3, 225×3, 245×3, 275×3, 315×3
Squats (no bands, normal) 315×3, 315×3, 225×8, 225×8, 245×8, 275×10
Front squats, 135×12, 155×10, 135×12
Lying ham curl, 4×12 @ 90
Foam roll + ART
No calves, no cardio, my lower back has decided to end my workout early. Oh well, it went pretty well as the above picture shows!
Overall not a bad second quick leg day, simply a great way to finish the week. Cheers!
